      Ricky Ciotti is a graduate from the University of Delaware College of Business and Economics, as well as the Horn Entrepreneurship program. Ricky is a full service rental specialist to his guests and homeowners at The Grand, The Sandcastle, and The Gardens Plaza. He prioritizes communication to both homeowners and guests at these properties, and Ricky uses his business and leadership experience to facilitate the rental process start to finish.

      Phenomenal experience with Ricky. He was very helpful and accommodating and his communication with us throughout our week was so helpful and appreciated. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and have never received such professionalism as I experienced with him. We had a wonderful time in an amazing townhome. I highly recommend Ricky.

      Ricky is fantastic. He has an excellent knowledge base of the Jersey Shore! He works tirelessly to find families the exact property they need to have the best vacation ever! He is honest and extremely hardworking, and very responsive to the needs of his clients at all times! Renting a shore property can be a huge investment and Ricky doesn't take this lightly! My husband has ALS and so we have a pretty specific need when it comes to properties. We have contracted with Ricky several times.       We stayed at The Grand in Wildwood Crest, NJ in unit # 1007 last week and it was a fabulous experience. The unit was beautiful, the owner was thoughtful, and Ricky and his staff made everything seamless. This unit is highly recommended and we plan on staying there again!

      This was the second year I had reached out to Ricky to rent property at The Grand. Ricky set up the paperwork right away, and also let me know I had several options, if interested, to purchase , for example, a bedding package, and towel package- if I wanted to make my stay even more care free. I called Ricky several times with questions, before our stay, and during our stay, and he was always available, and addressed any questions I was having.       Last year and this year (2021) we rented a 3 bedrooom condo in The Grand at Diamond Beach. Both times, the units were lovely, as expected, with a great beach view and amazing beach access. This year, there was a damaged dangling ceiling fan in the main bedroom. I left a message for Ricky, and he quickly called me back, and immediately arranged for a repair person to address the ceiling fan situation. Great response on Ricky's part!

      Ricky was extremely responsive even before my family checked in for a week at The Grand at Diamond Beach. I had a couple of questions before we arrived and he always responded right away. We had an issue with the dryer in the unit and that was also taken care of immediately. He is a pleasure to deal with.

      Ricky was a pleasure to work with. Upon my arrival at the condo, I discovered I was missing a set of sheets for one of our bedsI contacted Keller Realty, talked with a very nice man, told him the situation, and Ricky himself delivered the set of sheets within a very short amount of time. The day before our arrival, Ricky notified me that the freezer section of the refrigerator was not working. Although that did pose a problem, I appreciated him notifying me rather than discovering that when I arrived.
