Paul Chiolo opened Oceanside Realty in 1991, later growing it to offer a team-oriented approach to clients. His team of licensed professionals lead their full attention to even the smallest detail, in turn selling over $2 Billion in real estate in Cape May County. Paul ranked #109 by the National Association of Realtors® and annually receives the Circle of Excellence Platinum Award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors®.
In 2015 Anthony Chiolo joined the team and quickly became a platinum top producer also recognized by the New Jersey Association of Realtors®. Anthony brings with him not only market expertise, but genuine care for his customers. Ranked high by his peers, he continues the tradition of growing the team which is made up of a full time staff of 9 highly qualified professionals including, 4 sales associates, a client care specialist, 2 full service rental specialists, an executive assistant, and a transaction coordinator.
